I am just so elated with the customizations that you performed on my Bimmer.  You have managed to transform an average 330i into a real work of art.  The professionalism of you and your staff is most definitely at the highest level I have ever seen.  You did such a wonderful job of project management and guiding me to all the right touches, and we had a fun time in the process.  You are absolutely at the top of your game.  I look forward to implementing some of your other great suggestions.
