I am just so taken by how wonderfully you have treated myself and Eugene in our tenure of being your clients! I just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of me yesterday - squeezing me in on short notice, despite it being such a busy time of the year, and personally getting me squared away in a flash - and of course the grand finale gesture you made for which I am just so happy.
I also wanted to "commend" you for the solid advice you gave me regarding the dilemma with my instrumentation cluster. Well, I followed your advice and I have been given leniency on the Class Action Lawsuit, which I did not ever imagine I would get. So thank you for helping me with the verbiage and your direction and support. You are truly concerned for your clients’ wellbeing and it has made such a difference.
