I wanted to drop you a line and thank you for my most recent service on my Porsche.  It was so obvious as soon as I walked into the shop, that you and Jerry Weiden take lots of pride in your work.  Being rather fanatical about the condition of my vehicle, I’m always concerned about the care it will receive.  For the first time ever, I have met a technician who actually knows my car better than even I do.  Also, one that pays more attention to detail, than I even thought possible.  So far the experience has been absolutely unparalleled -- truly a breath of relief, as well as fresh air.

After dealing with another shop that I had been going to for years, I realized not only was the workmanship sub par, but the issues with my car had been completely misdiagnosed.  This subsequently led to thousands of dollars in mistakes.  After dealing with German Car Repair, I was not only educated as to the special needs of my vehicle, but empowered with confidence I received from the straightforward, no-nonsense methods of customer service I experienced from you and Jerry.  Once again, thank you for the outstanding job.  I look forward to many years of service from German Car Repair.
