The road-debris damage that I experienced affected many of the mechanical systems on my car, including the engine, suspension, exhaust, chassis and drive train. The level of effort, coordination and technical expertise required to complete the job was so extensive that my previous shop refused to accept my car for repair. Nevertheless, your shop handled the entire affair with absolute professionalism. Your ongoing communication was refreshing, and I felt fully informed throughout the 4+ months required for completion.
